You can stop Spagify at three levels:
Every permission Spagify asks for, and what each one is used for, is on the Permissions page. The full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
Reads your Google Ads campaigns, products, search terms, costs, conversions and conversion actions, including the chats, quote requests and calls your ads bring in; your products' status, categories and barcodes in your Google Merchant Center account, and its price competitiveness and price insights reports (Google's benchmark and suggested prices); and, only if you allow it, product views, add-to-carts and purchases from your Google Analytics property. With Price Intelligence, it also reads the competitive visibility report in your Google Merchant Center account, which names the stores that show beside yours in Shopping, and then reads those stores' public prices to compare with yours. It sends them nothing about your store. If you turn on Wider Net, it also reads the Performance Max campaign's search terms and search categories, its results by network and product, and how Google rates and approves its ads.

Anthropic does not train its models on any of it.
Improves Spagify with the results from every store, yours included. No other store ever sees your search terms, products or numbers.
Depending on how your Google Merchant Center account is set up, Google may share its apps data, Spagify's included, with Google's Business Manager.
You agree to this before Spagify uses your Google data, and until you do its AI does not read your store. If it changes, Spagify asks you again, and the new use does not begin until you agree. Settings → Account → Google data shows when you agreed and who agreed. A beta feature lists its new uses on its card in Settings → Beta features, and switching it on, or asking to join it, is your agreement to them. If a beta feature you have on starts a use its card did not list when you agreed, it waits until you agree to the new use on its card.
Ryan, Spagify's founder, looks at your store's data only if you allow it. No one else at Spagify does. Owners and admins can turn founder review on or off in Settings → Account → Google data, or when they connect Google. It is off until you turn it on.
With it on, Ryan checks your account each day for wasted spend, products that never show and bids that aren't working, and acts on what he finds. With it off, he looks only to investigate a bug or abuse. Each of those looks is listed with its date and reason in Settings → Account → Google data.
Owners and admins: Settings → Account → Export your data. Spagify saves one file with everything it holds for your store:
Autopilot → Off. Spagify keeps reading your account and telling you what it finds, and changes nothing in Google Ads. Switch it back on any time.
To stop one campaign or one product, open its Actions (or the ⋯ at the end of its row) and choose Pause; Turn on brings it back. Remove takes it out of Google Ads for good. Tick several rows to do it to all of them at once.
Owners and admins: Settings → Connections → Google Ads account → Disconnect Google Ads account (the red button at the foot of the card).
Spagify then stops calling Google for your account, asks Google to revoke its access, and deletes its copies of your access tokens.
Your history stays: campaigns, performance and search terms. Connect again later from the same page and Spagify picks up where it left off.
If another store you run also uses Spagify, your Google account keeps listing Spagify, because removing it there would cut off the other store too. Spagify's copy of the access is deleted either way.
Owners and admins: Settings → Connections → Shopify → Disconnect Shopify (the red button at the foot of the card). Spagify stops reading your products, stock and orders and drops its access to the store. Your products, orders and history stay, and connecting the store again picks them back up.
Spagify's campaigns keep running in your Google Ads account, but nothing pauses a product that sells out while the store is disconnected, so pause them first if you are stopping. A custom app you made for Spagify in Shopify is yours to delete there (Settings → Apps → Develop apps).
The owner only: Settings → Account → Delete account. Type your store's name to confirm.
This cannot be undone.
At myaccount.google.com/permissions, choose Spagify and remove its access. Spagify stops at once, but it can no longer pause its campaigns. They stay in your Google Ads account, remain yours, and keep running until you pause them there. Disconnecting from Spagify first lets it pause them for you.
